When running the ImpulseRC Driver fixer, my error message shows : Unexpected number of devices detected. In my case however, the device does not get recognized in bootloader at all, but without problems in normal mode. Interesting, that you are experiencing a similar problem.

Trying to install the correct drivers using ImpulseRC Driver Fixer. Trying to reinstall the correct STM32 driver manually. There must be some file system or registry corruption somewhere on my main computer (maybe a permission issue) but I'm damned if I can find the root cause and I already wasted far too many hours troubleshooting the issue. I've now already resigned myself to the fact that I will just have to rebuild my main desktop computer from scratch if I want to get it working on there.

I also deactivated my Anti-Virus Software.įor troubleshooting, i wanted to update the driver in Zadig, where the Flightcontroller in "normal mode" was identified correctly, but when started in Bootloader mode, it did not show up as BOOTLOADER STM32 but as "unidentified USB Device" I made sure to have all other tabs and apps closed and disconnect any other USB Devices. When starting the driver fixer, it recognizes the FC as COM3, and restarts it in BL, but then this error message appears.
